LITEBIKE Privacy Policy

Open the LITEBIKE policy on its own page ↗

This Privacy Policy applies to LITEBIKE, developed by Natsukashii, including its Android version on Google Play. Platform-specific features are identified below. Contact us at help@natsukashii.io.

At a glance

LITEBIKE does not require a Natsukashii account. We do not include advertising, behavioral analytics, or an automatic crash-report uploader. Offline Android play does not upload your profile or race progress to us. Multiplayer necessarily sends connection and game information to the services and players involved.

Information stored on your device

The game saves your chosen pilot name and colors, tutorial progress, achievements, race statistics, audio and display settings, controller mappings, and multiplayer preferences. Controller names or identifiers used to remember bindings remain local. These files support gameplay and remember your choices; they are not an analytics feed. Local backup files may also exist.

Online and local-network multiplayer

  • Finding and listing rooms: when you browse, join, or publicly list a room, our discovery service processes your IP address, game and protocol versions, room identifiers, connection ports, and temporary connection credentials. A listed room's name, player counts, capacity, and connection type are visible to people browsing rooms. Do not put private information in room names.
  • Playing together: your host and fellow players receive your pilot name, color choices, lobby participation, and race information such as movement, controls, positions, and results. This information synchronizes the match. Session player numbers identify participants during the connection, rather than tracking an installation across games.
  • Direct, LAN and relay connections: direct connections expose the network addresses needed for participants to connect. When you connect over LAN, connection information and unencrypted game traffic travel over your local network. With a relay, our relay service handles connection addresses and forwards gameplay packets; relay use does not encrypt those packets. Connecting directly to an address or using LAN does not require a public room listing.

We use this information to find and connect players, run races, check version compatibility, limit abusive requests, and diagnose service failures. Online play is optional; ordinary Android startup and offline practice do not contact our discovery service.

Steam editions and other platforms

On Steam-enabled desktop editions, Steam integration can read your Steam ID and display name, use that name for an initial pilot profile, synchronize achievements, and publish game activity or join information through Steam Rich Presence. Steam Cloud, where enabled, may synchronize profile and progression files through your Steam account. These are Valve services and do not run in the Android edition. Steam data and cloud copies are also governed by Valve's Privacy Policy and your Steam settings.

LITEBIKE does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, precise device location, or advertising ID. The Android edition uses network permissions for multiplayer. Store downloads, account information, payments, and diagnostics independently handled by Google Play or other distribution platforms are governed by those platforms' policies, including Google's Privacy Policy; we do not receive your payment-card details through the game.

Your game-data choices

You can play offline, choose a non-identifying pilot name, avoid public room listings, and stop a network session by leaving it. On Android, clearing LITEBIKE's app storage removes its local saves and settings. On desktop, remove the game's user-data files and any backups you made to erase local progress. Removing local files does not necessarily remove Steam Cloud copies or Steam achievements; manage those through Steam as well. There is no separate Natsukashii online account to close.

Who receives information and why

Natsukashii processes the service information described above to provide LITEBIKE, operate multiplayer, prevent abuse, resolve technical problems, and answer support requests. Multiplayer hosts and other participants receive the information needed for the features you use. Infrastructure providers supporting our hosting, networking, and email may process information on our behalf to operate those services. Independently operated game servers, distribution platforms, and websites you choose to visit process information under their own policies.

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to investigate abuse, protect people, or secure our services. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

Website visits and support email

When you visit natsukashii.io, our web server records routine request information, such as your IP address, time, requested page, response status, browser or user-agent information, and any referring address sent by your browser. We use these logs to operate and secure the website and investigate errors. The site does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or externally hosted fonts.

If you email help@natsukashii.io, we receive your email address, message, and any name, attachments, logs, or other information you choose to send. We use it to respond and investigate your request. Please do not send passwords, private signing keys, payment-card numbers, or information unnecessary to your request. Following links to a store, support platform, or other website opens a service governed by its own privacy policy.

Security and network visibility

Our website and hosted discovery requests use HTTPS. Discovery uses short-lived connection credentials, game and version checks, and rate limits to restrict misuse. Current gameplay traffic over direct, LAN, and relay connections is not encrypted in transit by the game. HTTPS discovery does not encrypt the subsequent game connection, and a relay is not an encryption service. No network service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention

  • Local saves and settings: remain on your device until removed, overwritten, or cleared, together with any separate copies or backups described above.
  • Discovery and relay state: our service keeps live room, connection, rate-limit, presence, and invitation state in memory rather than a permanent player-account database. Entries expire after they stop being renewed or used. Typical room and presence leases last about 45 seconds after their last renewal; joining credentials and invitations expire within seconds, and idle relay allocations normally expire after about two minutes. Active sessions renew their records. These timeouts do not apply to separate support messages, operational logs, player-hosted records, or platform services.
  • Operational logs: web-server and infrastructure error logs can contain request or connection information, even where ordinary discovery access logging is disabled. Our website keeps an active access log and up to 14 rotated log archives, removed automatically as rotation proceeds. This is a file-count limit, not a guaranteed number of days. We may retain relevant incident information as needed to investigate security or service problems or meet legal obligations.
  • Support correspondence: we retain messages while handling your request and as needed for follow-up, disputes, security, or legal obligations. You may request deletion using the contact below. We do not apply multiplayer's short expiry periods to email.
  • Other recipients: stores, cloud-save providers, independently operated servers, and other players control their own copies and retention. Removing your local data does not remove those copies.

Requests, choices and children’s privacy

For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete personal information held by Natsukashii, email help@natsukashii.io and identify the game and the relevant interaction. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to a data-protection authority. We may need proportionate information to verify a request; please do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary.

We can act on information we hold, but cannot retrieve already-expired session records or directly erase files held independently on another player's device or a third-party platform. We will explain any information that must be retained and the reason. If you are a parent or guardian with concerns about a child's information, please contact us at the same address.

International access and policy changes

Players, multiplayer hosts, and service infrastructure may be in countries other than yours, so using online features can send information across borders. The recipients and purposes are those described in this policy. We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above; when required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent. This policy applies specifically to LITEBIKE even where it describes infrastructure shared with other Natsukashii games.

RMRF Privacy Policy

Open the RMRF policy on its own page ↗

This Privacy Policy applies to RMRF, developed by Natsukashii. It describes the game's current features; available platforms and services may differ between builds. Contact us at help@natsukashii.io.

At a glance

RMRF does not require a Natsukashii account. We do not include advertising, behavioral analytics, or an automatic crash-report uploader. Progress is stored locally, with optional platform services in supported editions. Online co-op sends the information needed to connect and keep both players' games synchronized.

Information stored on your device

Local files store settings and input mappings, player names, scores, rescued-cat counts and catalog discoveries, research and upgrades, achievements, and multiplayer preferences such as a room name or previously entered server address. Offline gameplay does not upload this information to Natsukashii. Platform cloud services, if enabled, are a separate exception described below.

Multiplayer information

Browsing, joining, or publicly listing a room sends connection information to our discovery service: your IP address, game and protocol versions, room name or identifier, connection port, player counts, connection type, and temporary credentials. Public listings show room names and availability. Avoid putting private details in room names.

During co-op, the host and other player receive chosen player names, compatibility information, controls, positions, scores, lives, equipment, upgrades, level state, and other game events needed to run the shared session. Direct peers can see the network addresses used to connect. LAN discovery announces room information on your local network. A relay forwards gameplay and handles connection addresses; it does not encrypt gameplay packets. RMRF does not provide free-text chat or microphone voice chat.

We use multiplayer data to connect players, synchronize the game, enforce compatible versions, and protect the service from abusive requests. You can play solo or shared-screen co-op without using our online discovery service. Opening a local game is not a public room listing.

Platform services

Steam-enabled desktop editions can read your Steam ID to separate local profiles by account and synchronize achievements with Valve. Where Steam Cloud is enabled, profile, cat-catalog, research, and achievement saves may also be synchronized by Steam. Availability depends on the build and platform configuration. These features do not run on Android; Valve's handling is described in Valve's Privacy Policy.

RMRF does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, precise device location, or advertising ID. Distribution platforms independently handle downloads, store accounts, payments, and any platform diagnostics under their own policies. We do not receive payment-card details through the game.

Your game-data choices

You can avoid online play, use non-identifying player and room names, leave a public listing, and disconnect from a match. Clearing the app's local storage or removing its user-data files removes those local saves and preferences; separately remove any exported or backup copies. Steam Cloud or device backups may retain or restore copies, and platform achievements are separate from local saves. Manage those with the relevant platform. There is no separate Natsukashii online account to close.

Straywild Privacy Policy

Open the Straywild policy on its own page ↗

This Privacy Policy applies to Straywild, developed by Natsukashii. It covers the current game and our associated discovery services. Players may also operate their own hosts and dedicated servers. Contact us at help@natsukashii.io.

At a glance

Straywild does not require an email-and-password Natsukashii account. It creates a persistent local player identity, which is shared in part during multiplayer; this is not anonymous play. We do not include advertising, behavioral analytics, or an automatic crash-report uploader.

Local identity and progress

Your device stores a generated signing key and public identity, profile identifier, chosen name and title, character appearance, settings, progress, inventory, catches, currency, upgrades, and world or house data. It can also remember saved servers, known players, friends, muted or blocked players, and host bans. These relationship records can include player identity fingerprints, names, dates, and moderation reasons.

The private signing key stays on your device unless you deliberately export or copy it. An optional password-protected identity backup lets you move your identity yourself; it is not an automatic upload to Natsukashii. Keep that backup and its password private.

Multiplayer, discovery and friends

Joining a host shares your public key or identity fingerprint, profile identifier, name, title, appearance, and the gameplay state needed for the shared world. The host and participants can receive movement, interactions, and shared content. Hosts can retain known-player or moderation records to recognize players and manage access.

Discovery services process IP addresses, connection ports, game and protocol versions, room names, player counts, temporary room identifiers, and connection credentials. Public room listings reveal room names and availability. Direct connections reveal the network addresses used by peers; relays handle addresses and forward gameplay packets instead. LAN announcements are visible to devices on your local network.

If you enable presence sharing, discovery can process your chosen name, online status, current room, and friend-channel identifiers so authorized friends can find you. Friend lookups and invitation polling may still contact the service when your own presence sharing is off. Friends and invitation features use persistent relationships and temporary service records; they are not advertising profiles.

Chat, letters and drawings

Messages, letters, and shared drawings are transmitted through the host to their intended participants. This includes content and author or recipient identity information; drawing updates include pixels and edit attribution. They are not end-to-end encrypted, and hosts can process the content passing through them. Signatures verify the origin of certain messages but do not conceal their content. Avoid sharing sensitive information. Other participants can keep copies or screenshots.

Session chat history is held in memory. Dedicated server operators can enable additional chat logging, which is off by default in our supplied configuration. When enabled, the game displays a logging notice; the server records chat text, display names, and timestamps. Those files have no automatic expiry built into the supplied server software. Ask the operator about retention or deletion on that server. Drawing exports and other player-saved copies can persist after a session.

Character voices use synthesized or prerecorded game sounds, not microphone recording. Straywild does not access your microphone, camera, contacts, precise device location, or advertising ID.

Your game-data choices

You can play offline, choose a non-identifying display name, disable your own presence sharing, remove friendships, mute or block players, and leave servers. Server operators can remove host bans and moderate shared content. Distribution platforms handle their own store accounts, payments, and diagnostics under their own policies.

Deleting a save slot is not a complete data wipe: the game moves deleted slots into a local backup folder. To erase local data completely, remove the relevant user-data directory and any deleted-slot, identity, exported drawing, or manually copied backups. Custom portable data folders and exports may remain after uninstalling. Hiding a letter locally does not erase copies held by other participants. Your identity or moderation records may also remain with hosts or players you contacted; ask those operators about their copies.
